Welcome to Spin. By creating an account or using the Spin app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Spin.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Spin. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission.

Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@spinapp.io.
You may not impersonate another person, create an account on someone else's behalf, or use a username that is offensive or misleading.

User Content
Spin lets you post reviews, ratings, lists, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By posting, you grant Spin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your User Content within the Service for the purpose of operating Spin.
You represent that your User Content does not:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights
- Contain hateful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive material
- Contain spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Violate any person's privacy or publicity rights

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions

Music Data
Album metadata, artwork, and related music information in Spin is sourced from the Apple Music API. All music content remains the property of its respective rights holders. Spin does not claim ownership of any music content or metadata.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@spinapp.io. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

Disclaimers
Spin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Music recommendations are algorithmic and for entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spin and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $10 USD.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Spin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
